In November of 2005, Rick Fennell started Ducarle Enterprises. This was the first step on the long road of getting his "World Famous"… well, "Western Pennsylvania Famous" undercoating in a can. Ducarle Enterprises (pronounced doo-car-lee) takes its name from Rick's three children: DUsty, CARmella, & LEah.
